1. What changes in GTA IV?
Edit "WeaponInfo.xml" but now DON'T REPLACE GRENADE!!! 

2. What i need?
Simple Native Trainer. And some txt editor :D

3.How install?
Get to GTA IV folder like "...\Grand Theft Auto IV" and find file "trainer.ini" [if You dont have, then You skipped point 2].
Open file and search "Episodic". First is nothing but second 'enter' You will see

											Episodic=0
									Change this to 
											Episodic=1

3a[optional]. Delete sounds in SNT for Episodic Weapons when You enabled this.
Install Simple Native Trainer. Copy trainer.ini into GTA IV folder and open. Find "//Sounds for episodic weapons//"
Check "EPISODIC_4". After "=" delete sound of gun.

4. Now save file and go to "...\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data" and open "WeaponInfo.xml".

Go to down and delete last command: </weaponinfo>

And then put this on down:

Now You have bomb bag in Your GTA! ^^ 
5. But if You want really big explosion go to "...\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\effects" and open "explosionFx.dat" [in txt editor].
Then find "Hi_OCTANE" and replace this explosion effect for this:

HI_OCTANE		500.0		5.0		2.0		1.0		20.0		 150.0		-6.0		5.0		0.0030			0.0		1.5		exp_fireball		exp_fireball_air	5.0		10	30	0.2	30.0	0.9	EXPLOSION	0		1.0	0.5	0.1	250.0	100.0	2.5	2

Then You really have BomB Bag, without replacing Your great grenade ^^

PS. How to get this? Use "Weapon Spawn" in Simple Native Trainer - spawn weapon "Episodic_4" - You will get this BomB Bag. :)
